40 min Medium intensity dance fitness class based on Jazz/ Funk style of dance. Dance tracks use latest pop hits and pop favourites - upbeat choreography to get fitness improving and build skills each week. Structure is 1 dance track then 1 fitness track where we focus on improving fitness in cardio or strength exercises, then repeat a dance (choreo) track then Fitness for 40 mins. So much fun you wont even know you are working out !
