Based on Ballet and Lyrical dance styles, Lengthening Lyrical works with your core to strengthen and tone your body. With lyrical dance tracks and movements in that style, your body will feel worked and strong! Fitness tracks target core muscles and tone. *This class can be selected in Star Fitness and Platinum memberships.
