Introducing our new pilates program
Start your day with an energising sequence of Pilates exercises. This is you time, focusing on controlled movement and flowing with grace. This full body workout will target large and small muscle groups, building intensity through reps and variations. Expect classic Pilates exercises with some Barre and Yoga woven into the sequence. No experience required, choose your intensity based on how your body feels and leave with a Pilates glow.
