I/We understand that the class timetable and pricing is subject to change, and it is my/our responsibility to check that any updated class information and pricing is acceptable to me prior to continuing with enrollment.
I/We understand and agree that Shooting Stars Dance Academy (SSDA) may change its policies, class timetable and pricing at any time and will use
reasonable endeavours to inform me of any substantial changes, which may include via social media, email or in person at the studio.

Fees policy

The first class is free - a 10-class pass can be purchased in person at our studio.
Make up lessons for cancelled lessons or public holidays may be available at our discretion, or fees will be adjusted accordingly.

Privacy

I agree for SSDA to collect, use, disclose and store my personal information and that of the student(s) named in this enrollment form, for the purposes
of facilitating the enrollment, class participation, payments and ongoing engagement with SSDA and its activities.
I agree to receive newsletters and communications from SSDA and understand that I can opt-out at any time by giving notice to the Principal.

Photography

I /We hereby grant SSDA the right to use the visual and audio-visual recording of classes and rehearsals for the studio’s marketing and publicity materials, websites and social media and understand such recordings may contain students’ faces. I understand that I can opt-out at any time by giving notice to the Principal
