This class is based on the ballet barre technique to build strength and length. This is infused with pilates exercises, yoga stretches, bands for resistance and ballet technique. This is a SSDA-exclusive program that we have created for an all over body workout to tone and extend, for those who want that lean and strong body. *This class can be selected in Star Fitness and Platinum memberships.
